Event Overview

Globally the challenges and risks to national and public security are constantly changing and increasing. This makes it necessary for governments to focus on creating comprehensive security and safety plans for both the people and businesses. To achieve this, leaders across related institutions and organizations must collaborate on interrelated spheres of authority and implement initiatives that increase people’s sense of security.

Ongoing incidents have made it clear that technology, techniques, and strategies are required to strengthen internal security across the African region against the evolving threats. In fact, it is important for each country to focus on ensuring safety and security and create a favorable environment for socio-economic development and stability. Inter and intra-governmental agencies need to collaborate and work together to achieve a safe and secure environment for its citizens and the society at large.

In line with this, we are pleased to announce the inaugural Africa Crime Prevention Forum taking place on the 11-12 September 2023 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. This initiative will host keynote sessions and panel discussions with senior officials from ministries of interior and security, police chiefs, law enforcement decision makers, and industry experts, networking opportunities and an exhibition showcasing latest technology and solutions. The forum aims to provide a platform to explore best methods of ensuring citizens, businesses, and domestic infrastructure are constantly protected and secure.
